1. ABOUT VAMONOS RIDE

Vamonos Ride operates a transportation network and technology platform designed to connect independent Drivers with Passengers seeking transportation.

Vamonos Ride is not the provider of transportation services. Transportation services are provided by independent third-party Drivers who use the Platform.

Drivers and Passengers may use the Platform to locate one another, communicate, arrange transportation, agree upon transportation pricing, and conduct other activities associated with arranging a ride.

Unless Vamonos Ride expressly introduces an authorized payment-processing service, payments for transportation are made directly between the Driver and Passenger.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

The information Vamonos Ride collects depends on how you interact with the Platform.

A. Account and Profile Information

When you create or maintain an account, we may collect information such as:

Username;
Profile photograph;

Drivers and Passengers may mutually agree to use a third-party payment provider or another lawful method of payment.

When Users conduct payments through third-party services, those transactions are subject to the privacy policies, security practices, and terms of the third-party payment provider.

Vamonos Ride is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of independent third-party payment services.

Vamonos Ride may maintain information indicating that a ride was requested, offered, accepted, completed, canceled, or otherwise associated with activity on the Platform, even when the corresponding transportation payment occurs outside the Platform.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Vamonos Ride may use information collected through the Platform to:

Connect Drivers and Passengers;
Facilitate transportation requests;

A Driver may receive information such as:

Drivers should submit documentation only through methods authorized by Vamonos Ride.

13. BACKGROUND CHECKS

Where applicable, Vamonos Ride may use third-party providers to conduct Driver background checks, driving-record checks, identity verification, or similar screenings.

Information processed by those providers may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable federal and state laws.

Vamonos Ride will use background-check information only for legitimate eligibility, safety, legal, and regulatory purposes.

14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, social networks, mapping services, or other external services.

Vamonos Ride does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

The Vamonos Ride Platform is not intended for individuals who are legally prohibited from independently creating an account or entering into the agreements required to use the Platform.

17. ACCOUNT DELETION
